Shipping policy

Where we ship US addresses only, tracked. Shipping is shown at checkout. Check out within 10 minutes of arriving on the site and it's free.

How long it takes We dispatch your order within 1–3 business days (up to 5 at busy times). It's packed at our supplier's warehouse overseas, shipped to the US and delivered by a US carrier. Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks. We won't promise faster than that. If your dog needs a harness this week, please buy locally.

Tracking You get a tracking link by email when your order ships. If the tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, email help@hindlift.com.

If it's late If your order is running late, we email you a new delivery date. You then have 7 business days to cancel for a full refund if you'd rather not wait. If it hasn't been delivered within 30 days of dispatch, we reship it or refund you in full, your choice.
