Why we sell one harness
Most owners of an older dog know the scene. The dog stops at the bottom of the stairs. You bend, get your arms under the back end, and carry. Then again at the car, at the back step, and at three in the morning.
Hind Lift is a small, family-run store. We sell one thing: a two-piece support harness for dogs whose back legs need a hand. We picked the two-piece design because its rear piece is held on by leg loops. In owner reviews of other lifting harnesses, the complaint we read most often was that the rear slides off.
How it gets to you
We ship to US addresses only. Your harness is packed at our supplier's warehouse overseas, dispatched within 1–3 business days (up to 5 at busy times), shipped to the US and delivered by a US carrier. That's why it typically takes 2–4 weeks, and why we say so before you buy.
What we do for you
- Help choosing the size before you order. Email us your dog's weight and a side photo.
- If the size is still wrong, we send the right one free and you keep the first.
- A reply within 1 US business day.
What this isn't
- A medical device. It doesn't treat anything. Use it as directed by your vet.
- Something for all-day wear. It goes on for the lift and comes off after.
- For dogs who can't bear any weight on their back legs, or who have just had surgery. Ask your vet first.
- Fast. If you need one this week, buy locally.
