Where we ship
US addresses only. Shipping is free and tracked.
How long it takes
Typically 2–4 weeks from your order.
- Dispatch: your order is packed at our supplier's warehouse overseas and dispatched within 1–3 business days (up to 5 at busy times).
- Transit: it's shipped to the US and delivered by a US carrier.
We won't promise faster than that. If your dog needs a harness this week, please buy locally. We'd rather your dog has one in time.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email when your order ships. If tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, email help@hindlift.com and we'll chase it.
If it's late
If we can't dispatch your order within the time above, we'll email you before that time is up with a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund within 7 business days. If it hasn't been delivered within 30 days of dispatch, we'll reship it or refund you in full, your choice.
Cancelling
You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched. Email help@hindlift.com as soon as you can.
